This is the mantra for November, and the underlying theme as repeatedly whispered to me in meditation with the Angels. We are busy beings, filled with information, responsibilities, ideas, vision, to-dos – personal, professional, and spiritual. The NOW AGE is indeed multidimensional, and yet we are all experiencing it through a finite form that requires stability. Roots. Earth.
As lightbearers, lightworkers, earth angels, and dreamers who do, we incarnated with both a personal and a global mission. The mission is starting to hatch for many in the present energetic imprint – and yet, if we get too caught up in future trips, in the majesty of what life in a year or ten might look like without becoming fully present to WHAT IS, we can get lost in fantastical daydreams that require our participation here, now.
Archangel Uriel’s message for the month is to take action one simple step at a time, knowing the vision already exists in higher dimensions.
If you wannabe a writer, launch a website, create a book, make movies, change the world, or _____! Yay! We support you. However, in order for this to manifest in the physical, the Angels’ say it’s necessary to break it down and do it one small step at a time.
This means breaking a big project, dream or vision into easy, actionable daily steps. It means making a to-do list that you can actually DO. So instead of “write book”, you might put: “Spend minimum of 20 minutes writing on topic of _____” – and then schedule that time in. This is what dreams are made of.
Likewise, if you are trying to instil a new habit, say quitting sugar or going to the gym more, start small. Perhaps by cutting down or adding in a little bit everyday. If you would like further support in putting this into action, read this book. It’s revolutionary!
And if your mind is simply too full to even consider what a simple next step might be, practice the breath below and ask Archangel Uriel to reveal to you what it is. We only have a certain capacity for decision-making each day before we start losing energy.
But when we partner with the Angels and begin with the vision of what we’re moving towards, distractions become distant, and become more clear and energized by the choices we are making. We strengthen our resolve to keep up, to keep going…and to enjoy our lives – one small step a time!

When feeling unclear, unmotivated, stuck, or in need of a quick inspirational reboot – call upon your Angels and try this VICTORY breath. It will align your thoughts and energy with success.
1. Chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo three times to tune in.
2. Close your eyes, inhale deeply through the nose with mouth closed and tongue pressed onto the upper palate. While holding the breath, mentally chant VICTORY and direct it towards any situation in your life that you need help with. Exhale when you can’t hold anymore. Repeat 2-3 more times. Relax.
